Since we replaced old 3/8" engineered floor with 3/4" solid, the clearance between door and floor is limited at just over 1/4" inch. I found a piece of overlap threshold where the overlap is slightly over 1/4".

I would hammer drill the concrete, insert mollies, and screw the threshold down with brass or stainless screws, countersinking the heads flush with top of threshold. A little dab of a polyurethane or silane adhesive to help hold it down wouldnt hurt either.

PL polyurethyne construction adhesive is the best glue on the face of the earth, IMO and will practically weld your wood threshold to the concrete.
